FIRST® Team 79 Krunch is a nonprofit, all-volunteer program with an annual budget in excess of $40,000. Corporate sponsorships, grants, in-kind gifts, and individual donations keep our students competing and serving their community. 100% of funds go directly to the team.

More than one way to help
In-Kind Gifts
Donations of goods and services are greatly appreciated. Our immediate and ongoing needs include:
- Space to build our robot (warehouse, garage, or workshop in North Pinellas / lower Pasco)
- Robotic parts and tools: drivetrains, motors, control systems, electrical, pneumatics, sensors
- Personal protection equipment: safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, first-aid kits
- Consumables: cleaning supplies, snacks and beverages
- Marketing: advertising, promotional items, t-shirts, printing
- A team trailer to transport robots and tools to competitions
Grants, Matching Gifts & Payroll Giving
Over the years, Krunch has been awarded numerous grants. If your organization offers grants aligned with our mission, we would love to apply.

All donations to Team 79 Krunch are made through the Robotics Technical Education Foundation, Inc. ("RTEF"), a Tampa Bay, Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed to exclusively benefit our team. 100% of donations go to the team and are tax-deductible.
